This Workshop focuses upon the forces that lead up to the transitional moment when we make the decision to dedicate ourselves to becoming a Master, and the awakened realization of what that decision will require of us.
Workshop #2
Creating Identity
Part of what makes the journey as a Master so exciting is the realization that, having made “The Decision to Be,” we attain the freedom to step back from the accepted standards, beliefs and practices of our pasts and re-examine and re-define them in ways which are consistent with our emerging and evolving understanding of ourselves as Masters.Ultimately the outcomes of these introspective journeys are clear, unique, persistent identities for us as Masters.
In our first Workshop the instructors and the participants touched upon how they arrived at the decision point in their lives. In this Workshop the instructors and participants delve into concepts of identity and discuss how tools, such as those to be explored in Workshop #3, aided them in crafting their individual and unique identities as Masters.
Workshop #3
Building Skills and Acquiring Tools
No matter what our unique M/s construct will look like in the end, a working knowledge of basic tools and skills will aid us in the process of becoming the Masters we hope to be and creating M/s relationships that are able to endure and provide worth to all involved.
Workshop 4
Bringing it All Together
In this session participants will have the opportunity to work closely, in small groups with the instructors, and explore in greater detail specific areas of interest that have arisen during the day and that they feel will be of particular benefit to them in their personal development as Masters.
