My lil one fount this a bit ago, and I thought it made a good bit of since that very few of us probably have thought about or acted upon if we have thought about it. But plain and simply you never know what life holds for you, and you never know how long you will be around, so I thought it was a very well put together article and thought it needed to be posted out there for others to act upon and read as well.

Equality

Our community is growing by leaps and bounds. That's obvious to anyone who organizes anything and to anyone who attends related events. We are gaining people every day and most of them are novices to this lifestyle. They usually come to us through the Internet, which can be both good and bad. It's good because so much good information is so easily available. It's bad because so much incorrect or misleading information is equally easily available. It's good because it can offer a safe place to explore fantasies and learn to understand one's own reactions and the reactions of others. It's bad because sometimes people believe those fantasies are reality and also because an experienced online slave or Master who has no real time experience is still a complete novice, and that's not something that those novices always realize or make clear.

What One Looks for in a Submissive

Someone asked me on a private basis recently what it was I looked for in a submissive. I think that's a valid question, and a common one coming from a novice. I'm going to answer it on a more public and fairly general basis. I think, by and large, that most dominants look for primarily the same things. This is, however, more about male submissives than about females, I think. That’s because of my preferences, obviously, though I do think much of this is universal. Consider that your warning label.

Defining Terms

One of the things I truly enjoy is conversation. I have always held that great conversation is nearly as stimulating as great sex, while good conversation is far better than bad sex. Good conversation imparts information, allows us to communicate with others. Communication requires a shared language. I wanted to speculate on the definitions of some of the words we use.
